I generally figure an average of 35 to 40 mph for wheeled vehicles when estimating a mileage equivalent for hour meters. A car that sees mostly highway miles will still rarely average more than 45 mph if you compare an hour meter to the odometer. Have compared this on quite a few vehicles to confirm this.
The DMC factory specification sheet lists the top speed for the 1450 at 18 mph, so you can figure it probably averaged less than 10 mph for the number of miles on the chassis, with the wear on the motor equal to a car with about 70-80k on the odometer.
