If you are running IE 10, up in the address bar next to the refresh arrow, there is a "compatibility view" . If you mouse over it, an explanation is there. It looks like a sheet of paper ripped in half. Most of the websites I go to, I had to click the compatibility view the first time I visited the site.
That fixed my problems on this page and a few others.
