I second the Motion, Mile Marker is the way to go.
I have had my Mile Marker 10,500 lb 2 speed hydraulic for more that 15 years and it still works as good as the day i installed it.
I have had and still have other winches (electric) which have been great but the Mile Marker is my favorite. When you need to move something slow, careful, and deliberate, the low speed is the ticket, starts and stops on a dime.
