A young man I know was using some cheapo HF cut off discs with a die grinder. The disc shattered, and drove shards into his face - trip to hospital. I think he had safety glasses on, but did not have a face shield.
Agree, I occasionally will buy a rubber hammer or something else simple from HF, but nothing at all that is critical, or potentially a safety hazard if it breaks.
WOuld rather by older American made tools on ebay, like Snap on, Milwaukee, etc..
