I doubt that is the original engine to that 1959 W200.

It has a PS pump on it yes, but it's not like any of the PS pumps on my PG's that have PS, it's mounted to low and the reservoir is not the same either.

Here is a pic of a 1960 with factory PS note it is higher and a different reservoir.

The one with the 1959 W200 looks more like a car engine out of a belvedere or polara (I have a few poly 318's out of cars, and they have that same pump) because of the location of the pump, and the side engine mounts not the horse shoe floating power front mount like trucks had, and the trans looks to have a slide in tail shaft. Also the air cleaner is the car type not the truck style.

Still looks like a great deal for someone.
