Wiring Horn? Pic Included!

Here is a photo Of my 12 Volt Horn. Im trying to wire it up. My harness is a little vague on this part. I have two wires that come out of the harness for the horn. as you can see there are two terminals on the left and what i believe to to be a ground on the bottom right (correct me if im wrong)

What iv done so far is hooked up the two green wires to the the terminals to the left and then added a ground wire. Nothing happened. I then swapped the two green wires around and still nothing. What am I missing here?
