Here in Idaho we have a lot of main highways that are two lane....one lane north, one lane south. Or east/west. Every few miles there is a four lane section where people can pass the slower vehicles. It is amazing how people just automatically increase their speed when they get to those sections and then slow back down when it reduces back to two lanes. Or there are the morons that get in the inside lane, which is considered the passing lane, and stay there, regardless of what speed they are going.
