once the intake gets that much fuel in it it is hard to get it to start. does your intake have the vacuum plugs down low on the intake runners? there should be 1 at each end ond the port in the middle where the pcv valve goes if your truck has pcv. you can pull those and drain the fuel out. or you could try cutting off fuel supply and try to get it running on starting fluid. have someone carnk and slowly spray in starting fluid until it runs and smooths out. that will dry out the manifold.
