You also have to plan on the extra weight. The 4BT is heavier then the stock motor and the 6 is heavier yet. Plus it will basically require moving or getting rid of the stock transfer case.

For me at that point I'd seriously look at just putting the PW parts on a Cummins RAM frame. That way you'll get an entire drivetrain that is designed to work with the 6BT. I don't think the work level would be any more then putting the 6BT in the stock frame, it would just be different.
