Yes I checked the vent, and Im sure the diff is not over filled, only up to bottom of the fill plug. I did find the transfer case vent was stuck, and that may have helped contribute a little to the transfer case leak, well that and not being able to get the speedo cable completely tight. So when I dropped it I got it real tight, and no more leaks from the transfer case. That was when I found the pinion leak.
