I've been using a Hobart Airforce 700i now for about 3 years. I do a LOT of plasma cutting and my machine probably literally has MILES of cut length on it as I use it on a CNC table. Its a small table but I was doing production level parts with it quite frequently. It cuts amazingly clean on the machine up to about 3/8". In hand mode I can cut 5/8" clean but beyond that its a slow go with anything thicker and a touch of deflection. It won't pierce more than 1/2" though so anything thicker requires an edge start. Its true what has been said above that more is never enough.
