Today I notched the lower part of the radiator bracket, and it clears pulley okay then bolted my radiator to the front of the bracket and now the tips of the fan blade hit the lower outflow tube owing to the lower height of fan with this type of water pump, What to do? If I move the nozzle over to the other side to align with water pump this will not solve the problem. Do I file down the fan by 1/4 inch or perhaps a slightly short fan blade?, Can I find a slightly small er nozzle for the radiator bottom tank.

Was there a different bottom tank on WM300's with the 251 engine?

Any ideas?
