I finally installed my Master Cylinder from Rock Auto two weeks ago. I just looked on their web site and I see they don't list it anymore. The old one I could not get them to bleed out. I actually read the instructions this time and bench bled the cylinder, then installed it and power bled it with an adapter I made modeled after Doc Langford's. That worked great and is the way to go since I could put a quart of brake fluid in the pressure bleeder and avoid the problem of the MC running out of fluid after six pumps...
I think bench bleeding was key, a lot of bubbles came out of it.
The power bleeder made it so I could do it alone.
Also, on the pedal height, my book says make the pads so they are about 0.006" from the drum. When I did that I had a lot of pedal travel. When I adjusted them "just until they dragged a bit" they were perfect.
