if you have a vin number on the frame, that is what I would show to the dmv. frame tracing. if your repoped door vin tag matches your orig frame and you have a title, i cannot see an issue. getting a tag stamped by a guy in poland reminds me of the switch blades that were sold in kit form. only illegal if you assemble it!
