Dave, I have a couple theories, first is as we get older we learn how to do things quicker, so then we tend to cram more stuff into the time slot we created - somehow gotta stop doing that - second is we are all given a certain number of heartbeats when we are born, when they run out you die, so don't do anything to get the rate up. Keep well.
