The numbers in the posted factory diagram represent wire gauge.
I have no idea what your instructions are referring them to other than possibly an ID number.
I said it wasn't 100% exact but close enough for you to see how most of the wires should go including the orange wire from the center terminal on the switch to the solenoid.
The ballast by-pass on your truck should go to the "I" terminal on the solenoid as you have it already.
Your Ign. wire don't belong on the "S" terminal as you have, but belongs on the other end of the ballast resistor.
The wire from the center of the Ign. switch goes to the "S" terminal on the solenoid.
