The early NP435 trannies with the dual windows are RARE rare. I never found one after two years of looking, and believe me, I looked. I ended up having to build one out of a '64 short-shaft and a '90 long shaft. The Chelsea 350/352 PTO, unless the guy who built one for me has any more spare parts, is another needle-in-a-haystack item. Chelsea still makes the 352 new, though- for $800. You'd save yourself a lot of time (but perhaps not money) by just going ahead and ordering a new 352 PTO, and tracking down two transmissions, like I did. I did everything on the cheap, and it still ran me over a grand to get the entire setup... setup. WELL over a grand, come to think of it. I wish I'd listened and realized how much this whole ordeal was going to cost me (both monetarily and mentally) before I bought the first part for it... I WOULD NOT HAVE DONE IT. Best of luck on your swap, though. Hopefully, you'll catch a break and obtaining the parts you need will be easier (and far less expensive) than it was/has been for me. :)
