If it's a foot pedal starter, you can usually get a small bar in there to activate the starter. Just a little at a time. Or if it's a key start, you can buy a push button starter, attach two long wires to it, with alligator clips on the ends, and connect that to the back of the key switch. Or you can crawl under and move the ring gear on the flywheel with a small bar. That method is the least desireable because of the crawling in and out from under the truck.
Maybe one of the neighbors with the cats would help. Just kidding. :)
