Guy takes his car in for Inspection. Its fails, rear frame rotted away, very unsafe. Guy gets mad goes to another shop for inspection. Gets a new shinny sticker. Calls the state Police to report the other shop. Bad shop just trying to rip me off. Takes it to another shop for State Police to Inspect. Puts it up on the lift, rear frame all rusted out. Police pulls the car off the road,Unsafe. Takes the sticker off the windshield and going to have a talk to the shop that put the sticker on the Car. Customer always right.
