Like to see them drive those MRAPS on the mountain roads around here. If the shoulders didn't give way, they'd never get them between the trees and rocks. If a humvee won't fit, an MRAP won't either. Did you notice he said 15 tons? Obviously nobody's planning to fight a war on mud or snow any more.
