With a power bleeder, it takes less than 30 minutes for one person to bleed and adjust the brakes on a Dodge WC63, 6x6. Add a few minutes more for a pedal adjustment. This is based on following the manual and doing things in the right order.

Did you start by adjusting the brake shoes as specified for a major brake adjustment? The only time you adjust the push rod is after you replace a MC. After you replaced the MC, did you adjust the push rod so the relief port and the supply port function properly? Bleeding the brakes using another person or a power bleeder is the very last thing you do. By the way, it sounds like you are using way more pressure in your power bleeder than the 3 - 5 PSI you need.

I have tried to follow your postings but I can't. You keep starting new posts on the same problem. Folks are trying hard to answer your questions, but the questions are not in order needed to reach your goal. You also have ignored answers by some very smart people. You ignored the Dodge Boys answer about pipe dope in this thread and then opened another thread on that subject.

You say you are in Texas but your IP address is north of Witchita, KS. Tell us where you are and maybe someone who can help is nearby. That is what we do on this Forum.
