That sounds like the same as our weather. I swear ever since mid-November the temperature has been +/- 5 degrees of freezing, spitting rain or snow, but never anything you could call a "storm", and maybe 2 times all winter that I actually saw blue sky for even part of one day. We've had a foot of snow on the ground for the last 3 months. It snows an inch or two and melts an inch or two from time to time, but that's it. Now and then the weather computers predict a "storm" or "sunny" weather, but it never happens. Came back from Missoula last night and it was like being on the coast -- wet roads, drizzle and patchy fog all the way.
