The fuel shutoff on the P7100 pump is toward the back below the pressure housing that bolts behind the injector lines.
The Dodge bracket bolts to the outside of the pump using outer two bolts that hold that housing to the pump. It mounts the solenoid vertically and uses a cam plate to operate the lever.
On the Dodge setup I think it's tucked between the MC and pump and harder to get to, but in my setup it should be wide open and easily accessable.
