Mine has the inline pump which had the solenoid mounted forward on a bracket on top of the pump. Which ends up being exactly where the cowl support rod needs to be.
The 4BT forums pointed me to the 12V Cummins Dodge setup which mounts it above the shutoff lever at the back of the pump which will be about perfect. Plus the brackets are cheap and easy to get.
I have about the same tilt to mine but that was to clear the injection lines coming off the pump.
