I can make out "Rimkin(?) Fisher & Associates Civil (Engineer?) Land Surveyor" Might need to look in an old Thomas directory to find the actual business. Clearly if it spent its working life on the wet side of the mountains that explains the bad case of rust. Maybe the seller bought it from the wet side and came to the conclusion it wasn't worth restoring. Not being a body man, rust discourages me badly.
