Yes Utah Did up into the mid 60's. I was fortunate to find a set for my 1937 Diamond-T and it's even the correct one with Commercial Truck on it. I also found a pair for my 1948 PW. In Utah if you have the matching pair they will let you licence those plates and put them on your vehicle. I will try and post a picture or if someone who is good at posting pictures I will be glad to email them to you if you would post them
