Have it brazed. When that is done mount the intake and exhaust manifold together and tighten the bolts finger tight. Then mount the assembly to the block without any gaskets. Tighten the bolts to the block so that they are good and snug. Now tighten the bolts between the exhaust and intake manifolds to spec. Now remove the manifold assembly from the block. Check that the mounting surfaces of both manifolds are flat and true. If not have a machine shop plane them.
The reason you need to mount the manifolds as above is to make sure that they are true. If they are not true you will either blow an exhaust gasket or have an intake leak.
