I would think a swivel frame would be close to the top. It's a rare option regardless of year.
Outside that like others have said value is in the eye of the beholder. One of M-series or Legacy's resto-mods cost far more than a restored truck would bring, but many here would place more value on a really nice non-restored original.
Having the extra toys always helps too, so figure one with the rear PTO setup
