#6 looks light too. And a straight 6 fires 3-6-2415. If they are backwards, #3 would fire early and be HOT, #6 late and be cold, gas washing away any ash..

I see you lined up the photo with all plugs aimed the same way. Are the centers of each the same color all the way around, or are they lighter and darker sides to any?

Also, wonder of you might have a sticky valve, that may go away with a few more miles?
