I understand where you are coming from, but I also understand what some people hear when you say "subsidized trucks for subsidized farmers." They hear someone blaming farmers for a corrupt set up. If the set up is corrupt, I feel it is the government that is to blame, unless it was only votes from farmers that put the people into office who came up with the idea.
