That's a beautiful Challenger. Now, my 2¢.

These guys are spot-on when it comes to what comprises a good candidate for each application. The two things I can only HELP emphasize is that if you're going to buy, restore, then sell a '46-68 Power Wagon, you will make ZERO dollars in profit, and spend a lot of hours of labor by the time you're finished. The $25k price for a top-notch restored truck is right in the ballpark. A restored Hemi Challenger? A hundred grand, give or take two. The investment-versus-profit ratio for the E-body is far better. Consider the PW as, say, a '74 Dart with a slant-six and no air conditioning. If it's something you plan on keeping and passing on to your grandkids, the monetary investment point is moot. If it's a project to redo and gain money from doing it, it's not at all a good idea. For instance, let's say you buy a "decent" truck with no bed or brakes for $5000. Add bed ($3000), brakes ($1000), engine rebuild ($2000), tranny/transfer case rebuild ($1000), windshield frame and all glass ($1000), differentials rebuilt ($1000), seals, wipers, interior, odd-and-end electronics ($2000), tires ($1000), plus bed wood, winch rebuild, and thirteen other things ($2-5k), and then all of the labor. If you broke even, it'd be a first. But, it'd be another one saved, and cherished by someone. It all depends on what your plans are, I guess.
