Hi Dave,
You can take the distributor gear/oil pump shaft out and and turn the pump with another shaft that doesn't engage the cam gear. Mopar actually makes a shaft to do this, but you can use an old oil pump shaft to accomplish the same thing and you will be SURE that oil is pumped everywere it is supposed to go, before the engine is fired.
