Hi Guy(NH)
A front end shimmy at one speed only can be caused by several things. All of which need to tracked down and eliminated one at a time. The first and easiest is to balance the tires or swap front to rear as mentioned. Next jack up one front tire at a time (use an axle stand if you have one!) grasping the tire from the top and bottom try to wiggle the tire in and out, (with a lot of force!) this will tell you if your wheel bearings/bushings are tight or worn, many shimmys start there. Next take the same approach with all of the tie rods/steering arms etc. and also check the shocks. Worn or weak shocks will contribute to the shimmy also.
