I (here in San Diego) got the one from Alberta Canada that belonged to Kevin Baert (Thanks Kevin!). Charlie Martin's also came from Alberta. That seems to be the place to look.

Haven't found any information on the Willock swivel frames. Here is the only online information link I can find concerning Truckstell swivel frames. http://www.fao.org/docrep/x5376e/x5376e09.htm in case the link doesn't work.
