Sorry they are not! Actually the closest fit comes from the 3/4ton WC52/53 but, although close are not exactly the same. the WWII ones have a depression on top for a smaller headlight. The 1/2 ton WC fendes also will not work. Look closely at the M37 fender and compare to the 1ton PW and u will clearly see the difference.
