I'm not sure what the WDX used but,the WM300 uses what is called a tracta CV joint. There was a CV joint simular to the rezeppa called,
a wiess-bendex CV joint. I've always associated these two with military applications but they may have been used in other model Dodge 4x4s. The tracta CV joint has no bearings, has only 4 parts per wheel,
and is machined from solid steel castings.
I've never seen one that needed replaced but
of course they always had plenty of lubrication inside the knuckle and thats a lot of rotations over the years without locking hubs.
