How to get these hubs off

My '68 W-200 crewcab has these weird AVM hubs on the front. They don't look like either of the hubs in the shop manual. Six allen screws and six regular bolts. The allen screws are an unusual size and I'm having a hard time getting them loose. I loosened the six bolts and the hub didn't seem to want to come off, but I didn't force it because I didn't want to break anything. So who wants to tell me how to get these hubs off? I need to make sure my brakes are OK before Camp Dodge!
