Also heard of a couple of cowboys that would put their dirty laundry into a couple of milk cans in the back of their pickup and add a little detergent and water. After a day of driving around the ranch, the clothes would be ready to rinse and hang. Maybe the same method can be used to clean your tank. Put some chemtool or whatever solvent in the tank with a couple of handfulls of nuts and bolts, and drive it around in the back of a pickup for a couple of weeks. Just a thought.
---- Or just do what I would, take it to a radiator shop for a good cleaning, then do the POR 15 treatment.
