Presuming you have found the old "flat fender" type, B/C1PW, WM300, WDX, W300M etc type, you need at least 4 or 5 "Budd" type split rims with 5 lug nut holes and a deep backspacing, and tires. To just get it rolling some old used 7.50-16s would be cheapest. The "best" would be some 36-39" 9.00-11.00R16 Michelin radials, very expensive if new, or perhaps a set of 36X12.5R16 Super Swamper radials, or a set of 38.5/11.00-16 bias ply Boggers if mainly offroad is contemplated and $175 each fits your needs better than $300-350 each for the 11.00R16 Michelins new.
Is the truck worth getting rolling?
If it is totally rusted out maybe not. If the body is good and the axles, diffs, and transfer case are good but the engine is dead or missing it might be a good candidate for a re-power with a small block gas V8 or of course my obsession, either a 4cyl diesel or a GM 6.2/6.5 diesel V8. In any case with at least an overdrive 5 spd.
But body parts are the hardest to find and the most expensive. Mechanically, stuff is easier to find and just for example, if you have to sink $$ into the front brakes there's a simple and excellent disk brake kit for them.
