W300s come with a huge yoke, if memory serves I think it's a 1510 ujoint. The 'conversion' joints I got for my intermediate driveshaft go from 1510 to something more modern that was used to build the driveshaft. Honestly you're looking at about $500 to put a new shaft in. I don't know of a ubolt setup or why you would want to go with one. I've never had any problems and I've got a 440 :-)
