The (6x25) means that there are six clusters of twenty five wires each. I'm not sure what the abreviations (RRL,EIPS) mean but i can tell you that the greater number of clusters with less numbers of wires in each makes the cable more flexible. The wire ropes are more flexible than cables because they have a non metalic fiber core wraped with clusters of wires. The load rating should be fine for an mu-2 winch.
