I was cusin down to the beach in my 78 PW 440v8 when my oil pressure began to drop it seemed. Then I tryed to shift to 3rd thinking not much of it. Then a slight shutter and stall. Back to 2nd and here we go . Amazed at the action of the beast, getting in to turn lane to the mobile station to research the strange creations that came from under the hood. But wait it stoped, oh no so did the beast. After several attempts and 20min later the beast was unrevivable stuck in the turn lane with everyone to scared to push it thinking it would bite. After me and another dodge lover stuggle to push the beast out of the intersection, who shows up SDPD, and what do they have to say may I ask? "Whats wronge with it? Can you move it or do I have to tow it?" Sorry officer but I want to see if I can find whats wronge with it before I have it towed. "Well its blocking traffic, im calling a tow truck, it will be impounded if you cant pay them." (It was 2ft away from any traffic). Waiting for the truck, trying to start the beast he comes back, "The trucks on its way dont try fixing anything" $100 and 12miles later I have the hood up on the beast poor a little gas into the carb, tighten spark plug wires and what happens? First try the beast is alive again.

I have been haveing to prime the carb often now but never had it happen while driving? I have a new fuel pump on it, I found the tank switch was bad so I went around it, but still no... Any Help?
