Randy,

I see your point, though I have seen a couple of W-300's with loose bronze cones and the key just hogs out the slot in the bronze till it's usless. I'm still thinking on this one. Maybe a gadget that picks up the centers of top and bottom stubs, then pivots around and grinds, sort of like a tool-post grinder? Perhaps I can grind it down and press/heat shrink on a needle bearing inner race (a thin wall hard steel sleeve) Rob
