WM300 Compression???

The 251 flathead six in my 65 WM300 went south on me, now it will only start with a pull.

I checked the compression, and have one really low cylinder reading @ 45 psi. The others are reading around 95, and have another low one @ 75.

What is the reading on a fresh engine?
What is acceptable?
