... snatch block on eBay, and it does appear to cost money ($131). Agree that the rest of the stuff is cheap junk, can be got a Harbor Freight for very little. The bags are the kind you see as give-aways at trade shows. The nice lady at the county fair will stitch anything you want on something for $5.
$500 seems a little steep.
