The only thing valuable in that kit is the snatch block. I'm pretty sure I paid less than $50 for a good 8 ton one from a rigging shop a while back. Add maybe $20 apiece for the tow strap and "tree protector" (lifting sling?), a couple bucks for the shackle and gloves and I think you could get the whole pile for less than a picture of Ben from an industrial rigging supply. The bag looks like the same one the NRA gives out free with a membership, but maybe it's worth $400 to some guys to have a PW logo rather than an NRA logo on their bag.
