I like di-electric grease for connections too.

NOT the silicone heat sink compound, the dielectric grease that specifically makes good contacts. I use it mostly inside of crimp on connectors to seal out corrosion, but it works under bolt heads too. And a star washer between components helps lots. Grease the star washer, the washer bites through the paint, the grease prevents rust and makes a better connection too.
