If you want a perfect show truck and this one is a solid starting point then you need to strip it down.But if you want a functional truck that you intend to use as it was designed and built to be used then I would keep it complete and work on things as time and money allow.Once it is apart it can be pretty daunting to get it all back together again.For me the most interesting power wagons are the one that are solid runners but with all the battle scars and a nice paint patina.
