It could be the throwout that failed and some how jambed up. But first, lets be sure the problem in inside the Bell House/Clutch area.

Lets do the easy first. Go under and disconnect the clutch pedal push rod where it connects to the throwout arm on the Bell House. Now with that rod moved where it wont hit anything, get in the cab an try pushing down on the clutch pedal and see if it now moves.

If it does not move with the rod disconnected, you have something binding/broke between the clutch pedal and the point where the clutch rod attaches to the throwout arm on the bell house.

If the pedal is normal with the rod disconnected, re-connect it to the throwout arm and try it once again. If it still wont move, looks like your doomed to pull the Bell House off and see whats going on inside.
