I made my own headliner with a lighter grad of vinyl. So I continued on with door panels, kick plates, etc.

The visors were in the truck, but only brackets and rods. I got lucky and found a huge visor from an Excursion, big enough to use to make two visors and the spring steel 'hinge' too. And I got creative, sewed in pockets too.

Wrap the visor with 1/4" thick foam, wrap the vinyl on, sew around the edge with a zipper foot, trim off the excess, and sew on a binding, again with the zipper foot.
